We particularly welcome proposals on topics that:
- Are timely and of high interest to the ICVGIP community.
- Represent emerging or rapidly evolving research areas.
- Foster interdisciplinary discussions.
- Address real-world applications and industry challenges.

Proposal Submission Guidelines:
Workshop proposals should be concise, ideally 2-4 pages, and clearly articulate the workshop's goals, scope, and expected impact. Proposals should be submitted as a PDF file via email (the organizing chairs) and include the following information:

• Workshop Title: A clear and descriptive title.

• Motivation and Objectives:
- What is the topic of the workshop?
- Why is this topic timely and relevant to ICVGIP attendees?
- What are the expected outcomes and impact of the workshop?
- How will the workshop encourage interaction and discussion?

• Topics of Interest: A list of specific areas and themes to be covered.

• Target Audience: Who is the workshop intended for (e.g., researchers, students, industry professionals)? What prior knowledge, if any, is expected?

• Organizers:
- Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all organizers.
- A brief bio (1-2 paragraphs) for each organizer, highlighting their research expertise and relevant experience in organizing scientific events.
- Preference for a diverse organizing committee.

• Tentative Program and Schedule:
- Proposed duration (e.g., half-day or full-day).
- A rough timetable of planned activities (e.g., invited talks, contributed paper presentations, panel discussions, demo sessions, interactive activities).
- Expected number of accepted papers/presentations (if applicable).
- Mention of any planned keynote or invited speakers (tentative names are acceptable).
- How will the workshop encourage audience participation and discussion?

Paper Submission and Review Process (if applicable): We strongly encourage the organizers to accept papers to be submitted and publish the proceedings to encourage active participation.

- If the workshop plans to accept paper submissions, describe the intended submission and review process (e.g., single-blind, double-blind, review criteria).
- Peer reviewed papers accepted for workshops will be published by ACM ICPS. The organizers are expected to manage the review process for the papers submitted to the workshop, with the same standards as the main conference (2 - 3 reviews per paper).

• Promotion and Website: Details of the dedicated website for the workshop and other promotion plans (social media, LinkedIn, etc.). This will be linked to the main conference website.
