The Conference Proceedings will be published in ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS)

ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance For 2026, ACM is subsidizing APC pricing for ICPS as follows:
Further information may be found on the ACM website: If you do not have access to APC funding or otherwise qualify for an APC waiver, you may be eligible for a needs-based waiver. To request a needs-based waiver, please follow the instructions below https://www.acm.org/publications/policies/policy-on-open-access-apc-waivers-and-discounts

APC from ACM is likely to be waived for all ONOS member institutes in India. The full list of member institutes in India is available at https://libraries.acm.org/acmopen/open-participants. Like previous editions of ICVGIPs, the organizing committee of ICVGIP 2026 is making all efforts to waive the APC for accepted papers of ICVGIP.
